6BadmintonThe group meets weekly. Sessions are run on 3 pre booked courts, starting with 10 minutes stretching warm up exercises then play, changing partners after each game. Ability is from beginners upwards.Every Wed 9:00am
7BiographyMembers take it in turns to present a biography of any subject from any angle. We take about 8 people a year so your turn will not come up too often! Presentations often lead to lively discussion. New members welcome.2nd Mon 10:30am

9BirdingWe visit bird watching areas, which could be anywhere, and learn about the species that we see, using field guides. We often visit local areas for a morning’s walk, but sometimes go further afield and have either a picnic or pub lunch2nd Wed 10:00am
10Book Club 1A very friendly and informal group. We read a wide variety of books, both fiction and non-fiction, contemporary and traditional. Books are selected by the members and one book is presented and discussed at each meeting.2nd Tue 10:30am
