Women’s Institute Special Invitation
The British-Nigerian historian, David Olusoga, is giving a talk, entitled Black and British, at Cheltenham Town Hall on Monday 23rd May,2022.
David is a well-known author, broadcaster and filmmaker, whose TV series include the BAFTA winning “Britain’s Forgotten Slave Owners”. His most recent book, “Black and British: A Short, Essential History”, is a best seller.
The talk is hosted by the Gloucestershire Federation of Womens Institutes. Tickets cost £20 and can be obtained from the Federation Office by sending an email to: [email protected]
