The form of T’ai Chi practised by this group is the ‘Yang Long Form’ and was brought to the UK by Pytt Geddes in the 1950s, I have been practising it for over 30 years. T’ai chi, in the way we practise it, is sometimes know as a ‘moving meditation’, if you are interested in finding out more and possibly joining our group, please contact me and I will send further information.
