Holiday to Norfolk
The Norfolk holiday will be going ahead as planned (as long as the Government’s ‘road map’ does not change) from June 14th – 18th. See below for further details.
There are a few spaces on this holiday including a couple of single rooms. I need to know ASAP if anyone wants to go. Please call me on 522503. Cost is approximately £389 + single room supplement.
We are staying at the 4 star Dunston Hall Hotel with indoor pool 4 miles from Norwich.
Dinner, bed and breakfast are included.
There will now be 2 coaches due to social distancing with up to 28 on each. I will be on one and Sue Vickers will be on the other. Sue and I will swap each day. You will need to sit in the same seat on the same coach each day. If anyone in a single room wishes to sit next to a friend, please let me know. Also, if you have any requests for seats near the front or back let me know. I will allocate coaches, keeping friends together as much as I can! If Boris changes things there will be one coach! No extra charge if we have two as Cairngorm will absorb extra costs.
Monday 7:30 AM: load luggage. 7:45: depart. Visit Sandringham on the way.
Tuesday AM: free time in Norwich. PM: visit Bickling (National Trust). Non-members to pay entrance costs.
Wednesday: steam train ride and boat trip on Broads.
Thursday: visit seal colony by boat at Blakeney Point. Seaside visit.
Friday: depart hotel. Visit Cambridge on way home. Arrive Cheltenham approximately 6 – 6-30 pm.
