ARRANGEMENTS:

• Buy your own train ticket to Bristol Temple Meads either at the Cheltenham station or online. An Open Day Ticket costs £11.
• Meet the group at 40am at the station
• Travel to Bristol on the 52 train
• At Bristol Temple Meads we split up and you choose how to get to SS Great Britain.
  • Either take the bus using your bus pass (M2 at Redcliff Hill – 10 minutes)
  • Walk (30 minutes) or
  • Take the ferry (£6 – 30 minutes) to the SS Great Britain.

Meet at SS Great Britain by 11am to meet our guide.

20 People Max.

When we leave SS Great Britain it will be free time for all.  Either go into Bristol to enjoy some of the sights, cinema, theatre, restaurants.  Or if you prefer to go home your open ticket will allow this without any extra expense.

COST: Entrance ticket, plus the cost of the guide which we will split evenly amongst us all. Once I know how many will join this outing, I shall let you know the cost. Payment to be made by cheque or bank transfer. Further information on payment will be sent to you once we know how many will be joining the outing.
